BYACRE Carbon Fiber Ultralight Rollator Walker W/ Organizer Bag and Backrest, Royal Blue, Regular Track,
The walker looks to be in new condition. The backrest is plastic. The 'Elastic Lock' as byacre calls it, keeps the rollator securely closed/folded is not included as it was not in the box when the byacre was obtained, effectively it is a knotted gray hairband with a small cloth sewn on the band.
If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.

Some of the things to consider about the sizing are the handle height, the distance between the handles, seat width, seat height and the distance between the rear wheels when deciding which one to get.
The following measurements are of each model that has been in my possession. The measurements may differ from the specifications as listed for each model on the ByAcre website, I am also providing a few more measurements than were provided by ByAcre.
The seat is trapezoidal in shape the with a 7.25 inch depth all measurements are in inches and should be within ¼ inch. While I have tried to be accurate in the measurements, incorrect measurements provided will not be a reason to be able to make a return. The vendor website is the definitive source of information.

*Seats are trapezoidal shaped
**the maximum handle height on regular and wide track models as purchased is 37.4" unless you buy the shorter set of brake cables, at which point the handle height becomes 30.5" – 35.25", this is due to the cable routing going inside the frame and there is only so much room for the cable to go inside the frame to allow for raising or lowering the handles.
+the handles I am giving 2 measurements for as they angle inward and the front is narrower than then back, which is kinda the way your hands go when they are at your side or a little in front of you.
++ min height when closed is dependent on the model the and is passed on how high the seat ends lift above the handles when in the closed position that dictates the height then the handles are the lowest point, if the longer brake cables are installed then it is likely the handles will be taller than the seat ends when the rollator is folded up and the minimum height when closed and opened will be taller.
Weight restrictions: ByAcre has stated that these are good for up to ~285#.
If you have a rollator that you already use, you might consider a double check with the above measurements to make sure you get the size that is right for you based on your needs.
ByACRE has a youtube video which has a small section on setting up the proper height for the handles which I think for most people is probably the right thing. Since Ebay frowns on putting external links, go to youtube (1 minute 20 second video) and search using: Carbon Ultralight - World's Lightest Rolling Walker
I have seen a number of ByAcre Rollators sold with little to no information provided and little to verify that what was stated was in fact what you are getting.
If you look at a different auction
than mine and you see inconsistencies like title, description, and pictures being
inconsistent, or mine for that matter (mistakes happen), like title says red
wide track, description says, black regular, and picture shows a stock model in
white.
I would tell you to ask for one or 2
pictures to be able to determine correct information for the model that the
person has. One would be the product label on the box or the label on the
bottom of the rollator near the right wheel. My Items should contain a picture
of the label on the box and the tag below it.
The label on the box will say byacre
ultralight, then compact, regular, wide
Older models had a model number above the barcode BYA100 then SM/MD/LG (compact/regular/wide track) then W/R/BK (white/Red/Black)
The tag on the bottom leg of the rollator and
one is also under the product label on the box as a separate sticker, I believe
to be the serial number which starts off with 4 characters indicating size and
color CT/RT/WT (compact/regular/wide track), WH/RD/BL/BU (White/Red/Black/Blue).
My desire is for you to get a rollator that is the right size for you and provide as much information as I can, to assist you in determining which one to get, if there are choices available to you. While I would like to you buy from me, I would rather have you get the right one for you through another seller.
ByAcre is a European company and all replacement items ship from there so if you need parts, from my personal experience, be prepared for a normal package from them to take 7-13 days for delivery, of course this was 3 years ago, and things might have changed,
Customer service has generally responded to my email queries within ~24 hours.
Anything I sell you is being done as someone who has obtained it as a return item for resale. I make no warrantees on it, except to say that I test the item and make sure it functions properly before shipment to the best of my ability. There might be some scratches that I have not noticed, though I will take pictures of any that I see. I cannot speak to the availability of a manufacturer warranty on the item I am selling. In the case of ByAcre, they sell practically all the parts needed to make a rollator, so if something is damaged, for some reason through use or otherwise, you can repair it, instead of buying a new rollator.
I do send offers, and also have had “make an offer” options. I will say that generally if you make an offer that ebay allows you to send to me via the ”make an offer” button, I will likely accept it. If I send an unsolicited offer based on you having “watched” an item, it will be below the price of what I would accept from "make an offer" it for, and I will generally not negotiate downward, with a counteroffer.
Finally, do not ask me for free shipping or that perhaps your non ebay based shipping service is cheaper and to use that. If you want free shipping come on over and pick it up yourself, I do offer local (to me) pickup as an option. If you really want free shipping use another seller that offers free shipping, their prices are generally going to be higher, because the cost of shipping is included in the price of the item. I try to make the prices of items I am selling as inexpensive as I can, and you should see that it is reflected in my selling prices being on the low end of the rollators being offered. If you do local pickup, and are willing to let me keep the original box, I will give you $20 to allow me to keep the box as occasionally I get a box that is so damaged as to be unusable, and I can use some spares.
Since I use FedEx for shipping, I have found that they do ship to PO Boxes, but EBay has some limitations in allowing them to be used. You cannot use “PO Box” as part of your address and you must have a street address, if that is not set properly, you must change your shipping address if needed prior to making payment. If you pay for an item and have a noncompliant mailing address, Ebay will not let me change it after the fact and I will have to cancel your order for having a bad address. You will then have to start over.
