The stamp on the obverse is from 1976 (Scott #1637) featuring the Bicentennial Era Flag - Connecticut.

The stamp on the reverse is from 1935 (Scott #772) featuring the "Charter Oak" Connecticut Tercentenary 1635-1935.

Copper-nickel proof coin (from U.S. Mint Quarter Proof Set) and stamps were acquired separately then encased in new coin holder for display and protection.
