A museum quality Imperial German Model 1889 Officer's Sword made by Mohr & Speyer with correct scabbard and Bullion. The condition is outstanding except for minor paint lose on the scabbard.  It is rare as Mohr & Speyer of Berlin were considered the top end edge weapon producers of the 19th and 20th century.  While a manufacturer out of Berlin, less common, they had a private purchase office in Cologne, thus the Coln on the blade.  They were a high-end military outfitter (Hoflieferant), similar to a luxury boutique for officers and the rarer Coln stamp versus Berlin links to swords for western Prussian military districts such as those based in the Rhineland or Westphalia.
