Pitcher is in good shape -there is a very small black spot which you can see in the pictures, and just above is a very small manufacturer's indent/defect, which the glaze is covering.
Not sure which company in Japan (see picture of bottom) made this one, though It is similar to Lefton's Rustic Daisy pattern.
