Please note that the vicarstown oil car lights up and it does work but there will be no batteries included, so you need to buy your own batteries to put in. In good used condition, items have been wiped down quickly but have not been thoroughly cleaned, being a used item there may be dust or other imperfections that may need to be cleaned.
