How to make Dalgona candy (Step-by-Step Guide)
1) Place a small amount of sugar into the ladle
2) Hold the ladle over low heat (stove or burner) and stir gently until sugar melts completely.
3) Optional - Add a tiny pinch of baking soda and mix quickly to create the signature honeycomb texture.
4) Spread a sufficient amount of sugar onto the bottom plate and pour the melted sugar.
5) Use the pressing plate to flatten the candy.
