Vintage Carlton Ware Art Deco Hand Painted Rouge Royale Small 4 inch Footed Vase

This is a vintage Carlton Ware "Rouge Royale" vase, a fine example of the brand's Art Deco style ceramics produced from the 1930s to the 1950s. The vase displays a striking, deep cherry-red lustrous and iridescent glaze on the exterior, which contrasts with an opalescent cream-colored interior that has a mother-of-pearl look. The piece is hand-painted with gilded accents, including scroll-like decoration on the body and a gold-trimmed, scalloped rim and base. 

Acceptable to good condition with wear & discolouration as shown. Small barely visible chip on rim as shown.  Photographs are of the actual vase you will receive. The condition of recycled vases is often subjective to individuals and occasionally small marks or issues may be missed.
