A Pathé ’notcher’ for 9.5mm film stock to stop the film for title frames.
The only other example of this that I can find is in London’s Science Museum as part of the Kodak collection, but I’m sure a few other examples exist here and there. It’s definitely an obscure item. It is supplied with original instructions in various languages and the remains of its original box.
