1, Please trim the wick to fit your bottle size and make sure the wick length out of the wick holder is between 0.25-0.5inch,if it is too long that will be reducing the ability of your wicks to stay lit.

2, Please make sure your wick is soaked into the torch fuel.

3, Before first time you lit it please add a few drops of fuel on top of the wick to help the wick siphon the fuel.

4, If the bottleneck you used is too narrow,please try to remove those rubber o-rings off the wick holder.
