In case an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided to us, S&H costs in both ways will be reduced from the credit after returned to us.

An RMA must be obtained within 30 days upon received shipment and prior to returning any item.
Software, manuals, electronics chart cards are non refundable due to manufacture policies and there is an additional re-stocking fee for unopened package. Please note that some brands like Yealink, Yeastar, Netgear, Victron, Adtran, Bogen, LogicMark, Sangoma, CyberData items cannot be returned once opened due to manufacture policies so please be sure this is the correct model number you need before it is opened. In case the item is defective, the end user needs to directly contact the manufacture to troubleshoot and then receive a RMA# from them.
