  • If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the package would be held at post office for signature required delivery. Then please go to post office or shipping company to collect your package as soon as possible or arrange for redelivery. The package would be held at post office or DHL when no one is there to sign for on delivery. Tracking number & shipping company will be notified once package is shipped in Japan.
