Shipping & Handling

• Processing: Orders are shipped within 1 business day after full payment is received and only to confirmed eBay addresses.
• Origin: We ship from Washington state. Buyers should consider this location when estimating delivery times and pricing.
• Packaging: Every item is carefully and securely packaged. We use appropriate boxes or poly mailers with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Domestic Delivery: Delivery times vary by the selected shipping service but typically range from 2-5 business days after handling. Times may be longer for destinations farther from Washington and can vary during busy times or during emergency situations (storms etc). All domestic shipments include USPS tracking and delivery confirmation.
• International Shipping: We ship internationally using the eBay International Shipping program. We send the item to an eBay shipping hub in the United States, and eBay manages all subsequent international logistics, including customs, final delivery, and any potential returns.
• Please be aware that customs inspections can cause delays.
• Some international services may not include full tracking, depending on availability to the destination.
• Shipping Costs:

• For multiple items, if the combined shipping calculated by eBay does not appear correct, please contact us before your transaction so we can review for any necessary adjustments.
• Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or unconfirmed addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.  

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. 
• Depending on the reason for the return, the customer may be responsible for the original and/or return shipping costs (see return policy).
• All returns must be initiated through the eBay return system.
