I have specialized in button quail since the early 1970s when only 2 varieties were available in the US, wild type and Silver.  Then red breasted and fallows originated in my aviaries in 1987 and 1999, In 1991 I imported, for the first time, Blue face, Cinnamons, Whites and Golden Pearls from the UK. The Tuxedo is the only variety in the US that I was not directly involved in importing.

What can you expect to hatch out of 20 eggs?

Usually about 40% hatch rate on shipped eggs. Sometime much better but that how it is, nothing I can do to change that.

I pack them in foam and mark the boxes with labels indicating HATCHING EGGS NO XRAY not much else I can do on my end, 

YOU MIGHT BE LUCKY AND HATCH A LOT, MANY PEOPLE DO, BUT NOT EVERYONE WILL.

I AM JUST BEING REALISTIC ABOUT EXPECTATIONS
