Includes original game disc and a replacement case with self-printed cover art (not an original GameCube case). No manual included. The artwork shows edge fraying from cutting.

Case shows cosmetic wear including scuffing and a noticeable scratch/gash on the front plastic sleeve (see photos).

Disc shows light wear. The top (label side) has visible smudging/fingerprints due to the disc design. The bottom shows minor imperfections, light hairline scratches, and a small cloudy spot, along with some light wear near the inner ring. Game has been tested and works properly.
