Beautiful authentic antique Victorian bustle dress dating to approximately the 1880s. This is a two-piece ensemble consisting of the fitted bodice and matching skirt in a lovely purple fabric with pleated trim. The dress features classic Victorian tailoring with a corseted waist, high collar with lace insert, and draped bustle styling in the back.

The garment appears hand-constructed and retains many original details. As expected with clothing of this age, it does show wear and condition issues, including areas of loose or unstitched fabric, minor flaws, and general age-related wear. Please see photos for more details
