Antique Oval Bubble Glass Frame with Old Picture of Mother and Daughter. No brand or signature. Measures: 24.5" x 18.25". The picture is in great condition, the frame has some nicks on the edges, please see pictures.  I'm not sure of the age, it is a unique framed picture with bubble glass.  No damage to the glass. This is really a nice old item that would be a great addition to your collection.  Thank you!
