All in stock items are shipped within three business days. Due to insurance purposes, all packages are shipped with a tracking number and signature is required. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Warranty
All watches sold by WatchCenter SF are covered with in-house warranty for a period of 1 year after purchase for watches. Watches that lose time, gain time, do not change day or date, or have any other signs of not working properly will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from water damage or physical harm. Additionally, the warranty does not cover polish for the watch case, any damage to crystal, band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles which are a result of normal wear and tear. Any lost parts of the watch, including stones, is not covered with the warranty. Any damage incurred as a result of exceeding the limitations of the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines will not be covered with the warranty. Any third-party repairs, outside modifications or customizations will void the warranty.
Return
A 14-day return policy allows customers to return products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must typically be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Some products, like custom items, may be excluded. Refunds are usually processed in the original form of payment. Customers may need to cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
