Received as part of a larger case lot of new surplus Siemens inventory, These particular units were previouly packed in the boxes for a different model, the model number on the boxes were crossed-out and the current model was written-in and they have been in inventory storage for the last few years.  All boxes contain the room sensor and mounting hardware which is still factory sealed, However a few boxes were noted as having no instruction sheet, However being single pages, copies can be made if desired. (See Photos).  Units discounted down to $350.00/ea for this reason.
