This is an authentic WWII (World War II) Army (US Army) officer's uniform jacket.

It appears to be unused, with the tags still attached, or perhaps it was never used after being issued.

This is a genuine, vintage item. The elastic fabric used at the time was very susceptible to moth damage, and although I owned several pieces, most of them were in that condition. There doesn't appear to be any moth damage to the nak-ed eye, but there may be some that I've overlooked. Also, there is discoloration from sun exposure on the upper back lining. There may also be some moth bites. As it is quite old, there is some dirt, wear, signs of use, and a vintage smell, but please understand that it is about 80 years old.
