Vehicle Fitment

  • Universal fitment — compatible with any vehicle using a 5x120 bolt pattern, 19-inch wheel diameter, 11-inch width, and +37mm offset
  • Common compatible platforms include BMW (M3, M4, M5, M6, and other performance variants across E, F, and G chassis generations with 5x120 bolt pattern) — the 19x11 configuration is particularly well-suited for rear axle fitment in staggered BMW M-series setups
  • Hub bore is 82mm PFS — BBS Permanent Fitting System hub-centric centering rings and retaining clip are required and sold separately; rings must be matched to the specific hub bore of your vehicle
  • Always verify brake caliper clearance, fender clearance, and suspension component clearance prior to installation — the 11-inch width requires careful verification of inner and outer clearances on all applications
  • Vehicles that have been lowered or otherwise modified must confirm adequate clearance before fitment

Fitment Notes

  • This is a universal wheel defined by bolt pattern, diameter, width, and offset — it is not catalogued for a specific make, model, or year
  • The 19x11 width at ET37 is a wide rear-oriented configuration commonly used as the rear wheel in staggered BMW M-series setups; verify inner fender and suspension clearance carefully before installation
  • This wheel is distinct from the LM434DBPK (19x9.5 ET22) — the LM435DBPK is significantly wider (11 inches vs 9.5 inches) and uses a higher offset (ET37 vs ET22), resulting in a substantially greater backspacing (7.46 inches vs 6.12 inches)
  • BBS PFS hub-centric centering rings are NOT included and must be purchased separately; they are required for proper hub centering and vibration-free performance
  • Lug hardware (bolts or nuts) is NOT included; most BMW 5x120 applications use M12x1.5 ball-seat lug bolts — verify seat type and thread pitch before purchasing hardware
  • The diamond cut rim lip is a machined aluminum surface protected by clearcoat — avoid harsh, acidic, or abrasive wheel cleaners that can damage the clearcoat and the exposed machined aluminum
  • The 2-piece construction uses exposed rivets joining the forged center star to the forged rim — do not attempt to disassemble; the rivets are a permanent structural and aesthetic feature
  • Sold individually — a complete set of four requires a quantity of 4; for staggered setups, pair with a narrower front fitment such as the LM434DBPK (19x9.5 ET22)

Features

  • BBS LM — Le Mans heritage design introduced in 1994 and derived from the BBS racing wheels used by teams at the 24 Hours of Le Mans; one of the most iconic and continuously produced wheel designs in automotive history
  • 2-piece die-forged aluminum construction — a forged center star and a forged rim barrel, independently optimized and joined by exposed rivets, producing superior strength-to-weight performance versus any cast alternative
  • Both the center star and rim barrel are forged from 6,000-series or special 7,000-series Dura aerospace-grade aluminum billet under up to 18 million pounds of pressure — creating a fully dense, homogeneous grain structure in each component
  • Diamond Black center — a deep, faceted black metallic paint on the 10-spoke cross-spoke star delivering a bold aesthetic with striking contrast against the polished diamond cut rim
  • Diamond Cut machined rim lip — the rim barrel is CNC diamond-cut to expose the bare polished aluminum, then clearcoated for long-term protection, creating a high-contrast two-tone appearance
  • 10-spoke mesh cross-spoke design with a stepped rim lip — the defining visual architecture of the LM; the 11-inch width provides a pronounced rim lip depth for substantial visual presence
  • Exposed rivets joining center to rim — both a structural fastening element and a signature aesthetic detail authentic to BBS LM 2-piece construction
  • 19x11 width maximizes rear tire contact patch for enhanced traction and lateral stability on performance rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive platforms
  • Weight optimized through FEM (Finite Element Method) computer simulation at every stage of design to eliminate excess material while maintaining full structural integrity
  • Designed, engineered, and manufactured in Germany to BBS's complete quality and safety standards

Product Description

The BBS LM435DBPK is a 19x11 LM series 2-piece die-forged aluminum wheel on a 5x120 bolt pattern with a +37mm offset, finished in Diamond Black with a Diamond Cut machined clearcoated rim lip. It is a distinctly different wheel from the LM434DBPK (19x9.5 ET22) — where the LM434DBPK is a front-oriented or square-setup wheel with an aggressive low offset, the LM435DBPK's 11-inch width and ET37 offset produce a backspacing of 7.46 inches, making it a rear-oriented configuration commonly used as the rear wheel in staggered BMW M-series builds. The 11-inch width accommodates wide rear tire profiles (typically 285–305mm section widths) that maximize contact patch, rear traction, and lateral stability on rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive performance platforms. The LM's 10-spoke mesh cross-spoke design presents particularly well at 11 inches — the greater width produces a more pronounced stepped rim lip depth, amplifying the visual drama of the Diamond Black / diamond cut two-tone finish.

The LM435DBPK's 2-piece die-forged construction is identical to all standard BBS LM variants. The center star and rim barrel are independently forged from 6,000-series or special 7,000-series Dura aerospace-grade aluminum billet under up to 18 million pounds of forging pressure, producing a homogeneous, fully dense grain structure in each component before permanent assembly via exposed rivets. FEM computer simulation validates the complete assembled structure throughout the design process. At 31.0 lbs per wheel for a 19x11 forged wheel — a size category where many cast competitors come in significantly heavier — the LM435DBPK demonstrates the weight advantage that 2-piece die-forged construction delivers over cast alternatives even at larger dimensions. The DBPK finish inverts the classic DSPK color relationship: the Diamond Black painted center star is the dominant visual element, with the bright CNC diamond-cut polished rim serving as the accent, producing a more aggressive and contemporary interpretation of the LM's two-tone heritage.

The LM435DBPK uses an 82mm PFS hub bore, requiring BBS PFS centering rings and a retaining clip purchased separately and specified for the correct vehicle hub bore. Lug hardware is not included — most BMW 5x120 applications use M12x1.5 ball-seat lug bolts; verify thread pitch and seat type before ordering. The 11-inch width demands careful verification of inner fender liner clearance, suspension component clearance, and tire-to-fender clearance before installation, particularly on lowered or otherwise modified vehicles. The diamond cut rim lip must be maintained with mild soap and water only — harsh or acidic cleaners will damage the clearcoat and exposed machined aluminum surface. For staggered BMW M-series builds, this wheel pairs with the LM434DBPK (19x9.5 ET22) front. This wheel is sold individually — a complete rear pair requires a quantity of two.
