Fitment Notes
This mounting kit is designed exclusively for use with the ARB Intensity AR40 LED Light Bar. It is not compatible with third-party light bars or other ARB Intensity driving light models.
Designed for bull bar or roof rack tube diameters of 60.3mm (2.4 in). For smaller tubes, use ARM476 (1.9 in / 47.6mm). For larger tubes, use ARM761 (3 in / 76.1mm).
Compatible with ARB bull bars with a top tube diameter up to 76.1mm — the ARM603 is specifically sized for the 60.3mm tube. Verify your bull bar's top tube diameter before ordering.
The ARB Intensity AR40 LED Light Bar is sold separately and is not included with this mounting kit.

The ARB ARM603 is a bull bar tube clamp mounting kit specifically engineered to secure the ARB Intensity AR40 LED Light Bar to any bull bar or roof rack with a 60.3mm (2.4-inch) top tube diameter. Developed alongside the ARB Intensity LED Light Bar, the ARM603 is part of ARB's purpose-built light bar mounting ecosystem — designed from the ground up to provide a stiffer, more vibration-resistant connection than the generic aftermarket mounting systems commonly used with other light bars. By creating a solid mechanical clamp between the AR40 heat sink and the bull bar tube, the ARM603 minimizes the oscillation and vibration that can cause hotspots, premature LED fatigue, and reduced beam precision during off-road driving at speed.
The ARM603 is constructed from extruded aluminum with stainless steel fasteners, providing a lightweight yet highly corrosion-resistant mounting solution suited for the demanding conditions encountered during remote area touring and overlanding. The black powder coat finish complements ARB's bull bar and light bar aesthetic for a factory-integrated appearance. Installation connects the AR40 light bar directly to the top tube of the vehicle's ARB bull bar or roof rack, with the clamp sized precisely for 60.3mm tubing to ensure a secure, rattle-free fit.
The ARM603 is one of three tube sizes in the ARB AR40 mounting kit range: ARM476 fits 47.6mm (1.9 in) tubes, ARM603 fits 60.3mm (2.4 in) tubes, and ARM761 fits 76.1mm (3 in) tubes. A pedestal-style mount (ARMP) is also available for installations that do not use a bull bar. The ARB Intensity AR40 LED Light Bar is sold separately.
