Hello, this came from an estate sale, and I don't know anything about it.  It looks to be embroidered.  It has been put in a frame by Brooks Galleries in Oklahoma City.   The picture from outside of frame to outside of frame is 16 1/2".  The embroidered part is 12 1/2" in diameter.  The back of the picture has brown paper, which is about to come off because of the age.   But underneath is a hard backing, so the paper coming off does not matter.   Please ask if you have any questions, and I would love any input you have concerning this piece of art.
