How to squeeze your tofu to perfection with the TofuBud tofu press
Place tofu into the tofu box
Grab your tofu block and place it in the clear matte tofu box.
Twist & turn the knob
Turn the knob to tighten the coil. First click is for soft tofu. For firm tofu, keep turning the knob until you hear the second click.
Put aside in the fridge
And you're almost done! Now, simply put the tofu press with your precious tofu in the fridge and keep it for around 15 minutes as it drains.
Discard the resulting liquid
