This looks like a luggage bag. The bottom is flat and measures 11x 13". The length is 30" and its 46" around. There are no labels in the bag. Blue cotton drawdtring. The fabric had a slight herribone pattern. Not new. I found a 3/4" blue  line that looks like ink. No other damages found.
