Nice condition paper towel holder made of brass with marble    base

Seashell at the top and sea animal group as the decoration.  There is some green in the animals, but I can't tell if its original or actual patina over age.

The bottom has the SPI label intact and four flat rubber pads.  Unlike others I've seen online this doesn't look like it had feet. They were either removed or there were different styles.
