We offer a 30-day return policy with the following conditions:

1. Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in original, non-damaged condition, including:

• Original retail box

• Manuals & documentation

• All accessories

• Protective films & packaging

Returns missing any components, or returned in altered condition, may be refused.

2. Deduction Fee (Minimum 30%)

A minimum 30% deduction applies to all returns not caused by defect or misdescription.

Additional deductions may apply in the following cases:

• If the item has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear

• If packaging or accessories are missing

• If the item can no longer be sold as new due to buyer handling

Depending on condition, up to 50% may be deducted for items returned heavily used, damaged, or incomplete.

Factory-sealed units that are opened automatically incur value deductions.

3. Locked or Incomplete Returns

Before returning any device, the buyer must remove:

• Google / Samsung / iCloud accounts

• Passwords and screen locks

• All security features (e.g., Find My Device)

Devices returned locked, not reset, or with active accounts may not qualify for a refund.

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection

To protect both buyer and seller:

• All device IMEI/serial numbers are recorded and photographed before shipping

• If a returned device does not match the original IMEI, no refund will be issued

• Any attempt at part-swapping, tampering, or fraud will be reported to eBay for investigation
