All tools work, the colors are mixed, the handles might show scratches/use/wear and tear, but the tools themselves all work/nothing is broken or damaged/rusty etc. No blades will be chipped. All tweezers present. ***Color might range from barely faded/light scratches to heavily faded/no color left****.
