This toilet tank lid fits the 4083, 4092, and 4093 tanks. The item was renumbered when it was made in Mexico versus other locations and the tanks are slightly different on the bottom, but the lid fits all three tanks.

Might look like it is 4088 stamped under lid but that model doesn't exist. It's actually 4083.
