All items will be described as accurately and as honestly as is possible, I am happy to answer any questions and send more pictures if requested. I check my emails regularly and will endeavour to reply as soon as is possible, but please don’t ask a question 5 minutes before an auction is due to finish. I do my very best to describe the condition of the item, however, we all make mistakes and if the description is not accurate, or there is damage due to poor packaging, I will pay for the return postage and issue a full refund.

I always obtain "proof of posting”, unless otherwise stated, if you wish Recorded or Tracked Delivery please inform me by email and I will find out the extra cost, If an item is damaged in the post it must be photographed showing the damage and the packet returned (paid by me) including the original packaging. If an item is lost in the post I will issue a total refund (please be aware that there are time allowances set by the Royal Mail before it is deemed “lost”). On the occurrence of a damaged or lost packet it is likely that the Royal Mail will be in contact with you to confirm the facts.

Unlike some sellers I will post positive feedback as soon as payment is received, not wait, as you have fulfilled your responsibilities as a buyer by paying in a timely manner.
