SHIPPING POLICY

We know getting your server quickly matters, so we ship as fast as possible. The majority of orders ship within one business day, with many orders completed by 10:00 AM EST shipping the same day via FedEx Ground. Some custom-built configurations may require an additional 2–4 business days to prepare and ship. If timing is critical, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Emergency Overnight Service: For select parts and server configurations, emergency overnight shipping may be available. Please contact us if you need expedited service. While overnight shipping can be costly, we understand the urgency when critical systems are down.

Listed shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please request an invoice so we can provide accurate shipping costs. We will always look for the most economical option available. As a general rule, we do not ship to Canada; however, exceptions may be made if the buyer is willing to coordinate shipping and handle all required customs documentation.

WARRANTY POLICY

All SaveMyServer products sold on eBay are backed by a 60-day warranty from the date of shipment, covering defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) hardware. Every server and component is thoroughly tested prior to shipment to ensure proper operation and reliability.

As part of our preparation process, every system undergoes a comprehensive multi-point diagnostic and verification process, including a 30-step inspection performed by our technicians. Hardware components are thoroughly tested for functionality and compatibility, and firmware and system settings are carefully reviewed and updated where appropriate to ensure stable, reliable operation. Our goal is to deliver hardware that has been fully audited, verified, and prepared for deployment upon arrival.

While damage during transit is rare, it can occasionally occur. If your server arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will replace damaged servers and assist with any required documentation to ensure a smooth resolution.

60-Day Warranty: This product is warrantied for 60 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 60 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Requirements: Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction or listing purchase. Product availability is not guaranteed after 5 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 5 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 5 days we have not received payment without notification, eBay automatically files a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected by eBay in accordance to the marketplace tax laws of that state based on the South Dakota vs Wayfair Supreme Court Ruling. If you are tax exempt, please file with eBay to change your tax status. We are not able to refund sales tax if it is collected because eBay collects this tax.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy: We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the warranty period is over.
