Card is NM condition with light signs of whitening/wear. Card has three small black/blue ink dots on top left/right of card and along the right side of card. Due to this being a pack fresh card it appears to be a printing/QC issue. Card will come shipped inside of a top loader and between cardboard to protect it during the shipping process
