Here is a working and tested used PCM for a 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ with a 4.0L engine, AUTOMATIC transmission. 

SKIM/immobilizer has been disabled, but it will reactivate if installed in a SKIM equipped vehicle. So it will work perfectly in your Jeep whether you have the SKIM/Immobilizer system or not.
