This Chequered Flag Racing Stripe Vinyl Decal is made from premium quality self-adhesive vinyl and is originally designed for car side wing mirror, giving your vehicle a stylish motorsport or racing inspired look. How to Apply Vinyl Decal

Step 1
Clean the surface with warm water and dry before applying. Avoid using cleaning products, they leave chemical residue behind that will prevent proper adhesion of the vinyl.

Step 2
Prepare the vinyl for application by placing the decal on a flat surface and firmly rubbing your thumb along the entire decal. This helps the vinyl adhere to the clear transfer tape.

Step 3
Slowly peel away the backing from the vinyl, ensuring the vinyl adheres to the clear transfer tape. If the vinyl is still stuck to the backing, carefully replace it and repeat step 2.

Step 4
Align and slowly lower one side of the decal onto the surface. Once it makes contact, hold the other side with tension and use a credit card to slowly & firmly scrape along the top, ensuring the vinyl is flat and free of bubbles.

Step 5
Carefully peel away the clear transfer tape at an angle, using your thumb as a guide to prevent the vinyl from lifting off. If any vinyl starts to come away from the surface, reverse and press the tape back down with your thumb, applying pressure. Then, continue to peel back the tape.

Important note: This vinyl adhesive begins bonding with most surfaces in as little as 20 minutes. The longer it remains applied, the stronger the bond becomes. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding use of the affected area for at least 24 hours.

This will not adhere to cloth or fabric materials.
For best results, avoid applying during extremely hot weather.
