Shipping & packaging
I take care to package items securely using appropriate packing materials. Once the package leaves my hands it is in the carrier’s care.

If shipping damage occurs
1. Take timestamped photos (outer box, inner packaging, item).
2. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery and attach the photos.
3. You may open a claim directly with the carrier—most require photos and the original packaging.
Note: eBay and carriers have their own claim timelines — submitting photos quickly helps preserve your claim.
