The game & t-shirt are sealed, the steelbook & artbook are mint condition. The box is the only part that isn't mint condition, though is still in excellent condition despite a couple of imperfections I've shown in the pictures. It's sat in my cupboard for years, and is untouched. I only opened the box to read the book. Dispatched in a box.
