The tolerance for the width and length of a sheet metal cut is +/-3mm
Important: Sheet metal cuts not suitable for decorative or visible areas. Cutting is done with guillotine shears. Sharp edges! Not all sheets in protective film. Surface pure industrial quality - scratches not excluded! Please ask separately beforehand - we will try to find a solution for you.
Description:
The good wear resistance of these steels is achieved through tempering. The high hardness (300-500 HB) significantly extends the service life of structures subject to abrasive wear.
These steels are suitable for a wide range of uses in steel and metal construction, in apparatus construction, in the pipe industry, in container construction and can be easily welded using Allen common processes. These structural steels can be used wherever a minimum yield strength is specified and static requirements must be met.
Welding S235 does not require any special conditions and is permissible in all respects both in industrial enterprises and on outdoor construction sites. Electric welding, contact welding, automatic arc welding or manual arc welding can be used to produce simple and complex metal structures without preheating or heat treatment. The welding of Art. C235 does not cause cracking or hairiness near the weld. Forging S235 is no different. The metal is heated to a specific temperature and adjusted to the parameters and dimensions required for casting and output.
