Each keyring is custom 3D printed and hand-inspected before shipping. Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM), small surface layers or minor cosmetic artifacts may be visible. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and gives each piece its unique character!
Shipping & Handling:
Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Packaging: Shipped in a padded envelope to ensure your keyring arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 30-day return policy if the item arrives damaged or not as described.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once sent.
Note: Damage caused by extreme heat (leaving the item in a hot car during summer) is not covered under warranty, as PLA plastic can soften at high temperatures.
