This is a nice old Jennings Brothers brass inkwell and blotter with an art deco design work.  The inkwell measures approx. 3" square at the base and approx. 2 1/8 in height with a purple amethyst glass insert.  The bottom is marked with JB 1537.  The blotter measures approx. 2 1/8" by 3 5/8" at its' largest points.  Other than needing a polishing or cleaning all is in good structural shape.
