This is yet another fantastic child's handkerchief or hanky and another one signed by Tom lamb! This is very colorful and the colors are actually quite bright as this was stored away for many decades. It looks like a duck or another bird with a bow tie and top hat. The hemming and the outside stitching is undone in several places but this looks like it was from the time it was made and not from use.
