Shipping
Most items ship free unless stated otherwise. We ship all items within one business day via USPS (Priority Mail for items above 16oz and First Class for items 16oz and below) or UPS Ground. We ship internationally using Ebay's Global Shipping Program. Learn more about Ebay Global Shipping Program.
Items not eligible for Ebay's GSP will ship via USPS. For these items we are not responsible for taxes or duties.
Return Policy
We will accept returns, at buyer's expense, within 30 business days for a refund. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. They must be unused and still in original plastic. The tags must not be removed. Used items (even if they were only used once) will NOT be accepted.
FOR SHOE RETURNS: Please DO NOT put the shipping label on the actual shoebox, if you are returning shoes, you must return them in a shipping bag or box, not the actual shoe box. If we receive them this way they will receive a 50% re-stocking fee.
If the item is not as described or defective please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. The restock fee does not apply to these items. For exchanges the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Warranties are only valid in the US. International buyers would be responsible for shipping the item both ways to use the warranty.
