This is a vintage late '70s early '80s Memphis copy of a Les Paul Custom black beauty. This has good action and intonation and plays surprisingly well for an instrument like this. The bridge and tailpiece are from a newer Epiphone, I don't know what the pickups are but they don't match and the pickup rings are slightly different black tints. The neck pickup has a great sound to it especially, the pickups have no labels on it though so I don't know what they are.
I don't know about the originality of other parts although the tuning pegs look original, and are not the greatest.
This has had a headstock repair, and you can feel it but it doesn't seem to move.
The bigger electronics plate is not a perfect fit, so I would guess that was replaced
