I know very little about this- even if I am describing it correctly?  Please see photos and make the final determination of your own knowledge.  I am selling as parts of repair because from the limited knowledge I have the level doesn't feel correct.  If the lever is intended to lock and release a rotational portion of the tool that is not happening.  Also note the handle has been repaired / welded.  Definitely an AS IS item that may need repairs-
