    Designed specifically for stainless steel (303/304), alloy steel (HRC<40), and cast iron. Features TiAlN coating with 92HRA hardness. Includes 5 pieces each of 0.2mm/0.4mm nose radius inserts. ISO 13399 certified.

  • Are they compatible with my CNC tool holder?

    Standard CCMT inserts fit most holders. Grooving tools accept universal 2-5mm holders. Dimensional drawings in product images.

  • What machining precision can be achieved?

    Lab-tested: Achieves Ra0.8μm surface finish on 304 stainless (0.08mm/r feed). Threading tools maintain ±0.005" repeatability.

  • What's the insert lifespan?

    35% longer lifespan than standard inserts - 120 minutes continuous cutting on 4140 steel (vs 90 mins for generics). Recommended with coolant.
