Nice used condition. It does have the one spot on the back corner as seen in the one picture. I listed it as for parts or repairs because it needs a new bulb. Everything worked when I tested it. Remote works fine.  The fan switch seems to always run at the same speed whether its on high or low. It doesn't have any trays. Box isnt in the greatest condition. Im guessing age would be 1960s or early 70s. Can be cleaned up a touch more. Please take a look at all of the pictures and feel free to ask any questions.Thank you.
