1.When in use, the consumables need to be pushed from the small end to the large end.
2.The harder the consumable material, the longer it takes to burn.
3.The more the filament is used, the more severe it will be bent in the end, and the stronger the rebound will be.
Product usage method
1. Trim the two filament ends that need to be connected.
2. First expose 1-2mm from the large end of the filament welding machine, and then expose 1-2mm from the other end from the small end.
3. For ordinary PLA, use fire for 5-7 seconds, and the harder filament such as ABS should be slightly longer).
4. Push the filament from the small end into the small hole in the large end
5. Then slowly pull back at the exposed joint, back and forth several times.
6. After the filament is completely cooled, push the filament out from the small end until it can be trimmed easily. If the filament is not smooth enough, it can be trimmed lightly with a knife.
7. Test the result after the repair is completed (carefully bend the joint-straighten-bend-straighten).
8. If a crisp sound is heard, we need to re-solder.
9. Unscrew the bolt at one end of the waist groove of the connecting piece, take out the filament, and assemble the filament welding machine for standby
