Item Description:
This Japanese Nachiguro
stone suiban (water basin) features a rugged, natural-style exterior with a
smoothly polished rim, offering a refined yet understated presence suited for
ikebana and traditional display.
The surface shows
age-related wear, including light scuffs, minor surface marks, and visible wear
along the rim. There are also areas of finish wear and surface abrasion along
the inner edge, consistent with use over time.
These characteristics are
typical for stone pieces of this type and age, and do not affect stability or
functionality. The basin remains solid, well-balanced, and fully usable.
