This is a great badge, I just don't know the context. It appears to be a delefate badge. The OC in the medal makes me think "Osceola County", but who knows? This badge is in a fragile state and I didn't even want to remove it from the board. The ribbon may have already separated and someone has patched it back together. The medal is quite heavy, which has caused the stress on the ribbon.
