Both are new, with damage. They were in a large box of books and got squished. They are thin-ish volumes, so they are wavy from being in that big box. Both are signed by the author. See the photos for accurate depiction of the damage. No pages ripped or torn, it's just the waviness and Vol 1 has a dark spot/stain on the spine.
