NOTE: *thermostat powers up when connected (see pic 2) but I could never get it to be recognized by the CYNC app in order to set it up for all the "smart" functionality ("dumb"/manual-thermostat setting seems functional). After a lot of troubleshooting I gave up and am just selling it as "for parts". Maybe someone out there has some use for this or is need of some of the mounting hardware/accessories.
