The stamp on the obverse is from 1959 - featuring Oregon Statehood (Scott #1124).

The stamp on the obverse was issued in 1976 (Scott#1655) and features the Bicentennial Era Oregon State Flag.

Copper-Nickel Satin Finish coin (from U.S. Mint ATB Quarter Set) and stamps were acquired separately then encased in a new coin holder for display and protection.
